My traineeship with AIESEC SPUEF in Benedict School was a tremendously enriching experience in my life. I have managed to accomplish all the goals that I had set before the exchange up to the point that I had not even expected. What is particularly precious for me are the people who went with me through this time, i.e. Reception Team members (and other AIESECers), other trainees, co-workers and administration at Benedict, students, conference delegates and many other people that I have been privileged and lucky to meet. Communicating, socializing and working with them all gave me cross-culture communication skills and resulted, on numerous occasions, in close friendships.
I also benefited from this internship in terms of my language skills. My Russian improved hugely, I roughly estimate that I progressed from basic communication at the beginning of the traineeship to an advanced level in the end. I also used English extensively.
